This two hour session uses a single case study to show all the important features of Universal Credit, including its relationship with ESA and Carer’s Allowance
Along the way we cover Work Capability Assessments: LCW and LCWRA
We also see the key concepts of PIP, including the main things that DWP often misses in PIP assessments
